CELSA (Combined English Language Skills Assessment) - CELSA is a 45-minute test consisting of 75 questions. It is designed to place ESL (English as a Second Language) students in the appropriate ESL classes. The entire CELSA assessment process is approximately 1½ hours. A valid picture ID is required.
