Registration Criteria

• Children must be three-years old and potty trained (be able to go to the bathroom unassisted).
• Children must be ages three years old to 7 years old.
• Child's updated immunization record.
• Birth Certificate.
• Parent’s class/work schedule (must be taking one or more credit).
• $10 Registration Fee ($5 more for each additional child). Nonrefundable.
• Completed registration packet including emergency card.

Please inform us of your child's last day of withdrawal so charges will not be mistakenly posted. Fees will continue if the Center is not notified of child withdrawal.

For child safety, children will not be released to anyone other than those authorized by the parents on the emergency form. Written or verbal communications must be made if someone else is to pick up your child. All information on file at the center is kept confidential unless parents have given consent otherwise.

Fees

The following fees are required for all Child Care services:

$10.00 Registration fee ($5.00 for each additional child) Nonrefundable

$26.25 Preschool per week (SMCC Students)

$33.75 Employees

$1.75 SMCC students before and after preschool hours
$2.25 Drop-In (after 12:00 noon)

$5.00 - Late fees are charged every fifteen minutes after closing. Prorated late charges will be assessed for arriving before 7:30 a.m. or leaving after 5:00 p.m.
