A FREE photo ID card can be obtained at the Registration and Records counter located in the Student Enrollment Services building at the main campus and also at the Guadalupe Center, after tuition and fees are paid. It is strongly recommended that each student obtain a student ID card. A picture ID is required to use the various resource services available to students such as the Library, Fitness Center, Computer Commons, Computer Labs and Student Activities.

NOTE: The validation sticker on the back of the photo ID card must be updated each semester a student is enrolled at SMCC. The student can obtain a new validation sticker at Registration & Records.

Lost ID

There is a $5.00 charge to replace a lost ID.

To get your new ID card:

• Pay the fee at the Cashiers' Office located in the Student Enrollment Services building.
• Take the receipt to the ID counter in the Registration & Records Office. You will be required to show another major form of photo ID (such as a valid driver's license) before you are issued an SMCC ID.

Parking Decal

Parking decals are issued free of charge by the Registration & Records Department. All vehicles operated by students, faculty, and staff on campus must be registered with the Safety and Services Department located in the Student Union Building.  Each vehicle must display a college parking decal.
